At Bitruk.com, we strive to ensure our customers (both B2C and B2B) are satisfied with their purchases. However, because our products are digital software licenses delivered instantly via email, they are subject to specific conditions regarding refunds and returns.
All products sold on Bitruk.com are digital licenses. Unlike physical goods, digital keys cannot be “returned” to our inventory once they have been delivered to your inbox. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds for a change of mind or accidental purchases once the key has been dispatched.
We provide a 100% Activation Guarantee. You are eligible for a replacement key or a full refund under the following circumstances:
Defective Keys: The product key provided is invalid or already used at the time of delivery.
Incorrect Product: You received a product key that does not match the description of what you ordered (e.g., you ordered Windows 11 Pro but received Windows 11 Home).
Non-Delivery: You did not receive your digital key within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
Compatibility Issues: Your hardware does not meet the minimum system requirements for the software.
Purchasing Error: You purchased the wrong version of the software (e.g., buying Mac software for a Windows PC).
Change of Mind: You no longer need the software after the key has been delivered.
Activation Delays: You waited more than 15 days after purchase to attempt activation or report an issue.
For our B2B partners and wholesale clients:
Partial Refunds: If a portion of a bulk order contains defective keys, we will replace those specific keys or offer a pro-rated refund.
Verification: Bulk refund requests may require a longer verification period (up to 72 hours) to cross-reference with the software manufacturer’s activation logs.
To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:
Contact Support: Email contact@bitruk.com within 15 days of your purchase.
Provide Proof: Include your order number and a full-screen screenshot of the error message received during activation.
Verification: Our technical team will verify the status of the key. If the key is found to be unused and defective, we will issue a replacement immediately. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your financial institution or UPI provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Bitruk International LLC takes a zero-tolerance approach to Chargeback Fraud. If a customer initiates a chargeback with their bank for a valid and activated license, we reserve the right to:
Blacklist the user and associated business from future purchases.
Deactivate the disputed license key through the software manufacturer.
Report the fraudulent activity to the relevant credit bureaus.
